The Driver Performance Management (DPM) app is designed to empower drivers to improve their driving performance, by providing them with the required insight any time anywhere.
Please note that the DPM app will only be of any use to you, if you work for a company that has purchased the Microlise Fleet Performance package.
The app gives drivers a detailed view of their performance against a number of criteria, and provides advice and tips to achieve improvements.It also gives drivers a view of their performance compared to others in their teams.
Team leaders can also use the app which provides them with a driver league table view showing all drivers in the team sorted in order of worst to best driver. Additional information is also available that shows the level of engagement with the DPM from each of the driver in the team.
